Thats why on June 14th at Fortitude Gym Lydney we are running our very first Live Well event.
The event will include free Personal Training sessions to educate you in all things Strength Training
After this we are running 2 bite size workshops around healthy ageing, the current landscape and what the key pillars are to mkaing changes now.
